Q, How do I know I can trust you?
A, We are a serious business and have been funded with help from the prince`s trust. We can provide references from Business’s and Private Customers who have used our service. Most of our business is by recommendation and via local groups.
Q, Do you need my sim card?
A, No, we only buy the handset and do not need the sim card.
Q, What if I don't have the charger, box or manual?
A, Thats fine, although it helps us if you had these extrasbut if you do have these extras we still want to hear from you even if you don't have them.
Q, What about the postage costs?
A, We will refund them to you along with the payment for the phone. These are normally just a few pounds.
Q, What happens if the phone is lost in the post?
A, If the phone is being sent to us by special or recorded delivery, it can be tracked online or by phoning the post office. Recorded delivery items are insured up to £30. Handsets worth more than this are sent to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance included up to £500 from as little as £4.
Q, When will my payment arrive?
A, As soon as we receive the phone it will be checked and tested. Once testing is complete the payment will be sent immediately. This is usually the same day of receipt or at very least next day.
Q, What if my phone is faulty?
A, If we find any problem with the phone we will contact you immediately, the option is always open for us to return the phone to you without charge. We do buy non working phones but they will not be worth as much as a working unit.
